Way too Long

We are getting ready to MOVE in a week.  We finally got the email telling us that we get to move from a two bedroom apartment to a THREE bedroom apartment.  Yeah, I'm pretty excited.  We have been on the waiting list since October.  We probably could have gotten one a little sooner but we didn't want to move out of our ward.  And now that the wait is just about over I'm glad we did choose to wait since we will be right next to one of my good friends.
I wish I had more to do to get ready but we have kinda been packed in a way for a while.  There are boxes in Scott's room that we are so excited to finally unpack and use again, namely the butcher block.  I think Mark is mostly excited about this.  He doesn't mind living in a tight space with his bikes decorating every room in the house or looking at the sink right when you walk in the door.  He just wants to have his butcher block on the counter again so he can safely reach for a knife (all the knives are in a drawer right now and I've cut myself a time or two trying to get one out).
I am mostly excited to give Mark his own room.  I thought about taking the extra room for myself, oh how I miss my own sewing room.  But my sewing stuff is easy for me to clean and straiten up mainly because I have it organized.  Mark is not organized with his bike stuff and since this apartment is as big as our old master bedroom, he thinks he can set his bike gear anywhere when he comes home.  I realize that this probably wont change and this is why he gets the extra room.  How wonderful will it be for me to pick up his things and not have to invent a hiding place for it each and every time I try to clean up.  I will simply throw it in his room and shut the door and not think about it again.
This third room will not be the only change.  We will get a separate kitchen and living area.  We only have one semi big room that acts as our living room, sewing room, Scott's play room, dinning room, office, bike repair shop, kitchen and pantry, sometimes even clothes drying room.  This will not be the case any longer.  My two close friends each have a three bedroom and each time I go see them I arrange our furniture in my head while looking around their apartment.  We will be moving on June 8th and have till the 10th to be out of our current apartment.  This gives me three days to move everything out and I plan to do it so that I can set it up as I move hopefully making for a smooth and organized transition.  I really just want to stop taking care of this apartment because I hate it so bad but I remind myself we still have to live here for a few weeks.  In the mean time I sound like the Little Engine that Could in my head constantly repeating over and over, "I can do this, I can do this, Just a little while longer, I can do this."
Here are the layouts of the two bedroom and then of the coveted three bedroom.
This NOT spacious two bedroom is 687 square feet.
I know I complain about this place but you try going from a 2,000 square foot house to this.

This wonderful three bedroom apartment is 1,119 square feet.
This is a transition that is more realistic.
Just thinking about it now inspires an "Ahhhhhhhhh".
I can breath again (well as soon as I get in there anyway).
