Happy Birthday To Mark

This past week we celebrated Mark's 26th birthday, it was on the 11th. He always tells me he doesn't want anything but a hug and a kiss. I have learned that what he really means is, "I will find my own gift on line and you don't need to buy me something that I probably wont use." So this time I understood and let him do just that. I did, however, go grocery shopping with only him in mind. I got him a bunch of silly treats that I don't usually buy him cause I don't like them. I made him dinner and even made him banana cream pie, again something that he usually doesn't get because I hate to cook but I also hate banana cream pie. He found himself a new bike seat and eats all his goodies and is happy.
I know that I'm silly but I really am just obsessed with this man. He's amazing in everything he does (except swimming ;) he let's me be the pro at that). With our baby boy coming I've loved to look at pictures of Mark as a baby and threw his childhood just to see what I have to look forward to. Here are a bunch of pictures of my Mark threw the ages.

That's weird, Mark is sleeping.

Mark with his 2 older brothers, James and Ryan. He always says that they tortured him as a child but he doesn't seem bugged to me.

Mark's first bike. Happy ever since.

One might wonder why a boy would go through so much work to make himself a bed off a piano bench when it would have been easier to just walk up the stairs and get into bed. I wonder what his thought process was before he fell asleep but the truth is, I'm never going to understand Mark and his sleep. He truly loves it. Sometimes I wonder if he loves it more then me, his response is, "You can't satisfy me the way sleep does."Just a cute picture of Mark from Jr High.
Mark has translated what this look means. It is "I want to wrap this cord around this baby's neck and pull it so tight it pops off." He hated that doll but he has assured me he will treat our baby better then he treated that one.Once again on a bike.

This is Marks family while on a Disney cruise.
Here is Mark and his dad reading his mission call. Here he is in Russia, feeling very welcome.
This is Mark while we were dating. If those pictures weren't enough proof of Mark's cuteness then this should be enough. He caught my eye the moment I saw him. Ever since we started dating I haven't been able to stop smiling when I look at him. He truly is the most gorgeous man I've ever seen and everyday I feel so lucky that he's letting me be apart of his life.

I love you Mark. Happy Birthday!
