For the past nearly 5months Scott hasn't liked his binky too much. He would match rather use me as a human binky. The only way I've ever been able to get it him to take it is if my thumb was in the niple part and my fingers touch his cheek. Even then he would often spit it out soon after. But now he loves it. I'm wondering if he might be starting to teeth because he is mainly chewing on it.
Scotty Boy has also decided to roll over now. He's done it a few times this weekend but not because we wanted him to. He only does it when he feels like doing it. I think he's been strong enough to do it for a long time he just didn't care to.
Feet are his new favorite things too. He loves to hold them with his hands and pull his socks off. loosing socks all over the place.
He just started sleeping on his side. and he loves to move around all over the bed. Mark and I love going in there in the morning and seeing him in some weird angle.
One other new thing, Scott loves to be lifted over his head now. We had tried it a few times before but he didn't care. We had stopped trying but when my friend Brandi came to visit she did it to him and he loved it. Now it's his favorite thing.
And on an annoying note, he's been exploding out of his diapers A TON lately. We had 3 explosions in 2 days. No good! The doctor said at like 2 months that he'll go a day or so with no stinky and then he'll have a day of stinkies. That's the way it's been until this week. I'm talking everyday again. Friday and Saterday we had 3 and that's when they exploded, one up to his neck (I know that's gross but I wanted to write about it so that I can remember it for his first date). Then he pooped again on sunday. Oh and today, Monday, he had yet another explosion. The washer has been going almost nonstop with the cover to his swing, vibrating chair, and carseat. Fun stuff.
All these new things going on. I love seeing him learn and develope and grow. He just loves to smile and laugh and get lots of loves from his mom and dad. I love being the one that can calm him down if he gets fussy. I love being the first to see all these fun things going on. I don't even mind all the explosions, so long as he keeps on smiling. Mark and I are so in love with this perfect sweet little angel boy.

I love the picture of Scott playing with his binky, in his onsie. He is so cute! They are so fun to watch.
Poop explosions are the best. Presley had one that exploded just as I was changing her and it rocket launched across the room I am not kidding. I made roud go outside and hose our clothes off. The Joys of motherhood......
