Christmas Nights

On Friday, Mark and I went out on our weekly date. He took me to one of my favorite restaurants, Iggie’s. It’s got great food for me to enjoy and some great stuff on the tv for Mark. However, while out we had a swift change in plans.
My sister, Sarah, called and said she and Matt, her hubby, were coming up our way for their date and wanted to check if we would like to join in on their fun. We did, and it was great fun. Sarah, for quite some time I’ve been told, has been wanting to go to the Galevan Center to go ice skating. I don’t know if you all know this but they have an ice skating rink outside, it was so fun. One of Mark’s and my first dates was ice skating so it was fun to go out again together.
After skating we walked over to temple square to see all the lights. We had to go fast because it was about 9:50 and it closes at 10:00. Mark and I got married in the Salt Lake City Temple almost a year ago, we married on the 19th of December. We were all once again amazed at the history of that beautiful building. It was always one of my dreams to be a part of that history. What an amazing church we have.

Merry Christmas ya’ll.
