I am grateful for my dad...
- Because he is always kind.
- Because he never makes me feel bad for spelling things wrong.
- He always helped me with my homework and found the best ways to help me understand what I was supposed to learn.
- He is an amazing example of how a man should be.
- He can always be found doing what Heavenly Father would want him to do.
- He never speaks badly of anyone and always encouraged us to do the same.
- Because he always showed respect to me mom and never let us disrespect here.
- because he always had an answer for everything. If he didn't know it he would just make one up.
- For his silly "dad jokes"
- Because he's my dad and we love him.
Here are some pictures of the birthday dinner/celebration for my dad. This year all of the kids pitched in and got him and my mom tickets to see Celtic Women. He is Irish and loves the music and dance that these ladies do. We thought we would have some fun and lead Dad on a treasure hunt find the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. He loved it and was really moved by the gift. He's so great!
I am grateful for Jon...
- Because he gave Scott a green hippo
- Because no matter what the temperature is outside or the occasion you can always rely on him wearing his trusty jacket.
- Because he drives a convertible
- Because he bought back his Pokemon cards.
- He helps us out when we need it.
- He let mark hold his turtle.
- He let Mark beat up on him when Mark's older brothers wouldn't let him beat up on them.
- Because he's so smart.
- He makes funny comments from time to time.
- Because he's Mark's brother and we love him.
Here are some pic's of Jon's celebration. We went up to Logan and Jon picked IHOP for his birthday lunch. It was a lot of fun. James came up as well which was really good since we don't get to see him much. After lunch Mark, Jon, Clair and I went up to the canyon and went shooting. Mark has switched from paintball guns to real guns and loves to shoot them. It was my first time and if you didn't guess on your own I will tell you, I sucked. Oh well, there's a first for everything.
